Why can't we verify this information over the phone?

Due to the Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act (FERPA), we are required by law to have a student’s written consent to release academic information.

What is the time frame I can expect to receive a response to my request?

We receive many requests for verifications and process all requests in the order they are received. Responses are usually within 2-5 business days.
